  18. I'm running Kermit 95 1.1.3 and I'm unable to get it to answer.  I've 
  19. tried using the SET MODEM CARRIER OFF.  It does appear to try and 
  20. answer, but I get the "NO CARRIER" error instead of any handshaking.

  22. I am able to dial out and connect without any problems.
